Wi-Fi Issue — At a loss on what to do

It just started acting up a couple weeks ago, and it's gotten to be really annoying. Wi-Fi doesn't really "stick" so to speak, and it's just sitting at the "Turning Wi-Fi on..." state.

I would prefer to avoid factory resetting if possible. It would also suck if I did reset and the issue still persisted.
