Upgrading help! samsung galaxy grand prime 530H

I have a grand prime kitkat 4.4.4 and I really want to flash it to 5.0.2
is it safe? I have a fresh samsung grand prime havent touched at all, is it safe to use odin and the russian 5.0.2? im from philippines and can I go back to 4.4.4 if I dont like the 5.0.2? thanks
