sprint lg g3 keeps bricked keeps restarting

I tried to flash LS990ZV8_00 rom using tot method but it didn't work

so I tried to flash it again but the computer shut down while the flash tool was flashing the rom

now the phone want get into downloading mode and it keeps restarting
