Soft-Button: Change of Left Right Button? (Lollipop)

Hello,

some devices has a built in function to choose which function the left an right softbuttons should have (menu / back). i.e. the HUAWEI P8 has this function in Stock ROM?

Is there way to get this function in devices to, which do not offer this function in Stock rom?
