Xperia M bricked Error 15/009/2014 09:09:12 - ERROR - ERR_SEVERITY="MINOR";ERR_CODE="

While flashing the stock ROM I am getting this error.
15/009/2014 09:09:12 - ERROR - ERR_SEVERITY="MINOR";ERR_CODE="0017";ERR_DYNAMIC=" 0x8020001C ";
15/009/2014 09:09:12 - ERROR - Error flashing. Aborted

I've also unable to change the recovery or neither can flash any custom ROM.

I'm using Xperia M C1904, Resurrection ROM with NUI kernel.
