Why is it that Samsung refuse to add Guest User to the Note 5???

Is there any reason on why Samsung has refuse or unable to add guest user/ multi user to its galaxy devices?
I really need such feature and i think its time they sit up and off user the best out of their device.
Please any idea? or is it possible that thy will be adding multi user to the new android M update!
