I want to purchase an outdoor phone for my father who works in building sites, but I found that in most of description for rugged phones that are claimed with waterproof, dustproof and shockproof features, there are two words, IP67 and IP68, like some kind of ratings. I am confused and not sure what these two words refers to. And I also wonder if phones in IP68 will be tougher than that in IP67.
