Ok so here's my frustrating problem I'm having with the best phone I ever had up to about a month and a half ago. I used this phone and it was in great shape, never damaged it or plugged in any other USB cable that wasn't Samsung. So after about 4 months, one day I kept getting pop ups about my phone being docked when it wasn't and then it would bring up gear vr randomly, neither of which have ever been used in this phone, I don't have the dock or vr. After that, my phone wouldn't be recognized by my computer and the computer read that the device malfunctioned and it couldn't connect to it. After that, it started taking hours to charge, 5-6 hours just to get to 100%. It will lose charge if I'm using it while it's charging. If anyone knows ANY way to help me, please help me out. Or if anything, help me find the issue. Thanks ahead of time
