Bought a phone used off someone and everything worked well for the first week.
Some how found out I have a virus on my computer, but had plugged my phone into that computer that had the virus and some how the phone got the virus, as they keyboard would not let me type properly and would type random keys.
Factory re-set the whole device and the keyboard seems to work fine, but I am finding the connectivity is being very weird and going from Full 4G LT with full bars to just 1 or 2 bars of 4G and its going back and forth often.
Any suggestions on how to fix this, or solutions, as I am pretty sure it was caused from a virus, as it was not like this when I first had it, but seems to be bad, as when I have no signal, and someone calls me, it is obviously not going through and just going to voice mail.
The device is not rooted, and really do not want to go through that whole process of rooting and playing around with my phone, but if that is what it takes, might have to do that, or just sell the phone.
