Tablet won't boot

I have this tablet Zenithink zt 180,and when i turn him on it just shows little penguin in corner and prompt,and than it just goes black.

I have tried to access boot,using volume up and power but it just goes black,after it turns on.

Now if you could tell if me if it is bricked,and is there anything i could do to fix it.
