Quick settings tiles mislabeled

I upgraded my phone yesterday to 6.01, and I'm running stock rooted. Ever since the upgrade, some of my quick tiles are mislabeled. Some examples are that it says hotspot under flashlight, and pattern required when you restart under the airplane mode iconAttachment 3581290

Also, my lockscreen has the clock in the 24 hour format.
Is anyone else having this problem, and do you know how to fix it?
