Note 5 starts up with strange pixel pattern like stars every time I unlock it

My Note 5 starts up with strange pixel pattern like stars(8 or 10 whitish pixels) every time I unlock it. It is a different pattern each time.

It is like a transparent overlay that stays 2 or 4 seconds and then the whole transparent screen slides off to the bottom. The pattern changes each time. The first time I noticed it, I thought it was artifact like a bad video chip, but now not so sure.

I'll try to shoot video of it tomorrow.

Has anybody seen this?

I just got the phone off Swappa a few days ago and other than this, it is fine???
