loop

Hi, i reset my lg l5 e610, and it was normal, i reconfigured him again normally, but the problem is when i add a google account, i sign up successfully and i go to the sync panel, but when i click next i go back to the "add a google account" panel, so i'm stuck in a loop and i don't know what to do..., and i can't boot into recovery mode too i screen blink when i click power button + volume down, but after that just boot normally...
If you could help me i will appreciate a lot.
