My screen stopped working. I'd like to flash a new rom to see if I can eliminate software issues before I go buying a new screen. USB debugging is currently turned on. Of course if I flash stock it will be turned off! I will be locked out.
What ROMs have USB debugging turned on by default? As in, it is not possible for me to input any commands via the screen, so it needs to be turned on with no user input, not an options menu or something like that.
