Is there an app that reads and replace existing IC cards?

I often forget my room key and it costs around to ask someone to come over and open the door for me. I like to know if I can read IC cards and store the info to my Samsung S6 and then use the phone to reproduce the IC card signal and open the door for me. :confused:
