I want to know that in swap YU is giving a 2nd hand replaced device or a new one. Please help! They are saying that we are giving factory shielded Yureka in swap.

I am having auto screen lock / auto reboot and battery drainage problem . Should I go for device swap or not. Or should I go for battery swap only. Auto reboot issue came after cm 12 update and auto screen lock issue came after cm12.1 update. Please someone tell me .Is it a software problem or hardware?
