I opened my phone and contacts were gone from dialer and google play won't open

I'm not sure what is going on with my phone. Everything was fine. I'm on CM12 and haven't updated lately. My phone was fine this morning and then I opned it around lunch and the text color on my NOva Launcher changed and my contacts were not populating in dialer or in contacts and then I couldn't open the Google Play store. Also google play services is missing from the apps section.

What can I do?
