Huawei Honor 4A Stuck at Fastboot&Rescue Mode

The problem is that i'v tried to flash CWM recovery then restarted and open Fast Boot and rescue mode no loading it is open instantly and when i type "adb devices" it shows nothing but it is appearing when type "FastBoot devices" command
recovery mode not working
download mode not working
nothing opens except the Fastboot mode please help :(
