Help, My Cell Freeze and reboot

Hi,

I neel Help, my D625 Freeze and Reboot

If i power on the phone frezze and reboot, sometimes the screen apear lines....
if i enter in download mode is the same problem, i cant load firmware becose frezze and reboot..


Please Help!!!
