help mee pleaseee pleasr

I have a problem . try to install cm13 tothe HTC One M7 and receive this error.
E:missing bitmap oem_unlock_bg
(Code -1)
E:missing bitmap oem_unlock_bg_yes
(Code -1)
E:missing bitmap oem_unlock_bg_no
(Code -1)
I did mention that unlock fastboot and copy cm13room's to phone storage .
