[Help] Boot Screen problem

Hi,
I have a problem with my i9301i Galaxy S3 Neo...
After buying it (second hand) it has always slow boot up (3-4 min only on this screen: http://imgur.com/P6GYIWm )

I tried to go to Recovery Mode and do Factory Reset and Wipe Cache, but not helped.
In Recovery Mode ,I got this errors: http://imgur.com/e6Jpx6Z
Is this ok?

Any solutions?
