Getting hammered with "win an iphone 6 and 7" in Chrome

This may be the wrong forum, but I like posting here because I usually get good answers :)

So lately I get this popup that tells me I won and iPhone blah blah. They crazy thing is that the popup cant be closed. I have to press ok to win this s***. Anyone else getting these? How can I protect myself against this crap?
