Bought new Gear VR, plug it and nothing launches and the device makes no noise (as the manual indicates)
I'm stuck on the same exact thing as you and I've heard that there's supposed to be an update to use the Gear VR (as per the product website)
I'm on a SM-G928W8 running G928W8VLU1AOGD and when I plug in my device, I get nothing. I can use the cursor and the proximity sensor works but no install prompt
Anyone know what exactly I'm supposed to be on for it to work?
