Yesterday, I was thinking about this, then I tried this method and it works.
Everything is very simple: On your computer (Explorer), right click => New => shortcut. Then type "C:" (without the double quotes). After created the shortcut transfer that file to you phone.
On your phone, open File Explorer and open that shortcut.
Now you can read and write to C:
