Failed repartition; Can't mount

Hi! I tryed repartitioning my galaxy s2(I9100) following @gsstudios instructions and using his pit files and @Gustavo_s kernel made by @gsstudios in tar format. As you can see in the first picture, everything is ok. In the second is the log after it booted in twrp. In the third is the log after wiping everything(in the first tries i only wiped the sd but to be sure i wiped everything). In the forth and fifth uou can see i can select neither the micro sd nor the internal storage for mounting. After i mount the pc doesn't see my device. So, whats the verdict?
