Camera and USSd doesn't work

Hi guys ! I have 2 problem that I'll mention in this topic : my camera doesn't work and I can't use USSD codes excepts *#06#. It said me "Connection problem or invalid IHM code"
I'm on the ZenFone UI Custom ROM, with a Cubot S 308 (MT6582, Android 4.4.3 ? and Kernel 3.4.67)
