Bump for system-less SuperSU

Hi, guys!
In SuperSU v2.62+ Chainfire added a call to custom patcher script, so now kernel image bump is possible while flashing SuperSU in system-less mode!
So I've made this script (look in attachments). Tested on my D802 with AICP 11.0.

All you need to do is:

1. unpack zip in attachment


2. place custom_boot_image_patch.sh to /data and set 755 permissions


3. (if SuperSU is already installed) open supersu app and remove root completely


4. reboot recovery


5. flash SuperSU v2.62+


6. reboot

NOTE:

• If you use system-less root, you would need to flash SuperSU on every system and kernel update!


• This is not a flashable zip, so you need to unpack and place it manually for now. Flashable zip and feedback are welcome! ;)
