Hello everybody! I have an AT&T LG G4 that I am using on T-Mobiles network and am having some problems. I can't access the internet at all and if I do it's very slow. I have an unlimited data plan on T-Mobile. When I run speed tests I hit an average of .02-2.0 mpbs. When I remove the sim and slap it in my older phone (AT&T LG G3) I get speeds of about 15-20mpbs. Both phones are AT&T branded so I don't know what could be wrong. This is how I have my APN set up verbatim;
Name: T-Mobile US LTE
APM: fast.t-mobile.com
MCC: 310
MNC: 260
APN Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
APN Roaming Protocol: IPv4
Everything else was left at "Not set"
I know I am not being throttled because I have their so called "truly" unlimited plan and have used 3.4GB so far.
I also think its weird because at work I also do speed tests and hit 50-60mpbs, the only think is at my house it sucks but then like I said I would remove the sim card and put it in another AT&T branded phone and get good speeds.
I really hope someone could help me out, thanks so much in advanced.
