Advanced Color & Gamma Control will this work in rk3188

Hi all,

i have this android tv box by leoxsys brand which uses rk3188 board. i need to have gamma correction control in it as i cant see dark scenes while playing a video.

i found this app .
Advanced Color & Gamma Control by Paul Reioux in play store


but i am unsure whether it will successfully work in my device.
i need to root my device and buy this app.
i can root it but before buying i need to make sure that i can use it sucessfully.

what are your suggestions .
