A9 Unlocked International Edition 32GB...Italian SIM not readed

Hi i'm Marco from Italy
I bought A9 online EGLOBAL Central, arrived from Hong Kong, the international version.
I try to insert the Nanosim Italian TIM and the card is not even read ....
Possible?
For the other things the phone works fine.

Can you help me about it?
